A cautionary tale

Today my wife Ladda accidentally bought low fat coconut milk to make a green curry with this evening. Normally canned coconut milk is a reasonable substitute for the real thing but the low fat variety produced a thin and fairly tasteless curry. It was the first time I didn't want to eat all the food my wife had cooked for us. If you want to get close to the true taste of a Thai green curry I don't recommend using the low fat type of coconut milk.
